2 weeks agooverly priced for something that is very old fashioned and cheap. no clear constumer service, nothing is clear acctually. i took a yacht out for 6 hour to go Kubbar's island. and after full amount of payment and when i got into the yacht. i got a call from the owner saying that they could not take me to the island and that i will only stay at Kuwait's Bay. so i paid and ordered for a spefici trip and what i got was somethng totaly different. but not going there anymore, and i will make sure that people who are willing to order from the app, i will let them know of this so that they can consider the app. low class app. too bad.

7 months agoRating: 1/5 Stars - Absolute Nightmare and Zero Accountability (Khiran Mall Branch)I booked a boat ride using the official Waves application as directed by their employee and was immediately told I had to wait 30 minutes. While inconvenient, I reluctantly agreed. However, the situation quickly devolved.After 30 minutes, we watched as customers who had booked after us were consistently prioritized and boarded the boat we were supposed to be on. When we confronted the employees, we were given a ridiculous and easily disproved excuse about the boat going for "refueling." We were then strung along with repeated, false promises to wait "10 more minutes," eventually totaling a staggering 1.5 hours of wasted time.Completely fed up, we requested a refund. This process was just as appalling; they passed us between multiple employees, showing zero accountability, and made us wait another 30 minutes just to process the request. In total, we lost two precious hours of our weekend for a service we never received.Waves has terrible queue management, dishonest employees, and a completely dysfunctional customer service system. Avoid them if you value your time.

7 months agoThis is the worst company in Kuwait. They provide extremely bad service. The employees are very discriminating towards expats. They have no respect for customers. They have no organized system for making booking. They ask you to book a ride from the app and once executed they make you wait for hours and prioritize kuwaiti customers over expats. None of the employees take accountability for their actions and they blame it on eachother.
