in the last weekThe place is nice and I'd repeat the experience, but unfortunately, the sea is dirty and there's a sewage outlet into it. It's not suitable for swimming. The staff are always cheerful and their service is excellent and fast.Honestly, I'd give the food a 4/10, and you're allowed to bring your own coffee. There's a prayer room and plenty of prayer clothes. There's no shampoo or soap. When the valet arrives, he leaves the car running at the door and drives away (be sure to check on him after you've requested the car).

a week agoThis is my experience in a nutshell in villa shams this year. From the moment I entered I smslled a sewage smell coming from the place. When i asked the workers whats that smell is about, they keep deflecting and not answering directly. I couldn’t find a sun-bed by the pool and when i asked, they said first come first serve!! As if i did not pay the same price! I went towards the sea to find a sun-bed, the more I get toward the sea, the more intense the smell gets. When i approached the water to swim, I noticed the sewage system exit and i couldn’t stay any longer. It is not just a smell, this is POLLUTION. Later one of the employees scolded and yelled at me for using my own tanning oil, she was concerned about rueing the towels! Finally, My order from the restaurant took 1 hour and 15 minutes to be served! What a miserable experience.

2 weeks agoWe had a great experience at Villa Shams. The atmosphere was lovely, with a live DJ creating a relaxing vibe throughout the day. There are two pools, a restaurant, and they provide towels and an ice box, which was very convenient. The staff were attentive and thoughtful—they handed out cold towels during the day and even surprised guests with complimentary ice cream, which was a nice touch. The beach club also offers lockers, showers, and free valet parking. For an additional charge, you can book massages, manicures, and pedicures. The only downside was that there were only 3–4 changing rooms, which felt insufficient considering how many guests were there.Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely come back.

3 weeks agoA summer resort offering complete privacy for women, fully equipped and clean in all facilities. Its only drawback is the high price of meals.
