Delta Hotel Apartments

I stayed at Delta Hotel Apartments back in 2021, and my experience was outstanding. It was one of the reasons I decided to return with my family, expecting the same level of service. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different.From the moment we checked in, our family holiday became stressful instead of enjoyable.The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and I have photos to support this. Later, the bathroom door locked itself from the inside, trapping all of our belongings. We waited a long time for assistance and were told there was no maintenance staff available. Thankfully, two staff members eventually managed to break the lock and recover our belongings.The biggest disappointment, however, was the service at reception.The receptionist, Eva, was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed very little interest in helping. While I was trying to explain my concerns and requesting assistance, she remained behind the reception desk eating breakfast and drinking coffee instead of giving her full attention to a guest. This is not the level of professionalism anyone expects when staying at a hotel.I also found the reception area itself untidy, with food around the desk and an unpleasant smell, which left a very poor first impression.To be fair, not everyone was the same. I would like to sincerely thank Hamada, the Filipino colleague who helped him, and the Indian receptionist on the evening shift. They were professional, respectful, and genuinely tried to help us.After my stay, I contacted the hotel management. To their credit, they acknowledged several of my concerns, apologized for misunderstandings in their initial response, confirmed that the matter was reviewed by senior management, and advised that corrective and disciplinary actions would be taken internally where appropriate.However, I was disappointed with the final resolution offered, which was only a 25% discount on a future stay. In my opinion, this did not reflect the overall impact that this experience had on my family’s holiday.I genuinely hope the hotel learns from this experience because my stay in 2021 showed that Delta Hotel Apartments is capable of providing much better service than what I experienced this time.

The place is beautiful and away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and I thank the Egyptian employee.

A very elegant and high-end hotel. The staff and management are amazing and so friendly. It is the perfect choice for anyone looking for quietness and relaxation.Wonderful experience overall, and highly Recommended for Peace and Comfort!
