a year agoI read the reviews and it was bad, but I never expected that even a one-night stay would be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. When I booked, I just wanted to sleep there for one night, and the price was good, especially since Kuwait is expensive. But after my experience, I swear to God, I wish I had paid double and stayed in a decent hotel. Because the worst sleep ever! First of all, the mattress was filthy, covered in hair and dirt, and the chair was broken and kept moving. And the furniture was a complete mess! I swear, I've never seen furniture so dilapidated. After we slept, our heads were itching uncontrollably; I was going crazy from how dirty it was. And the worst part is, there's no soundproofing in the hotel. I swear to God, it's like sleeping on the street, and because it's on a main road, the noise from car horns and engines was unbearable. You couldn't get a proper night's sleep because of the noise, even though we stayed on the 8th floor. It felt like we were on the street! I really regretted it. And it was so tiring to get there. It has a million locations named Magic Suite on Google Maps, but when we tried to book through the app, it showed us a location in the back of the neighborhood. We were exhausted from traveling and wandering around the buildings, looking for it everywhere. Every time we asked, they said the one in the corner, but the one in the corner was off, and everything in front of it was being renovated. The reception area was dark, and there was no parking because of the paving and renovations. When we finally went, it turned out they had renovated the reception area and opened a door on the side that wasn't very clear. They hadn't put up a sign, the lights were off, and the building had been repainted. Basically, every time we asked someone, they told us to come and ask because it's so easy to get lost. The only good thing about it is that the staff are helpful and genuinely try to make you happy.
