First, a staff asked us where we would like to sit and when we pointed to the table we wanted before that itself he had disappeared and we kept waiting for around a minute then we went to the table ourselves.No one came to take our order , we waited for 15 min still no one showed up .. then finally the waiter came to take our order which was one appetizer dish .. we ended up waiting for a whole hour and STILL no one came to attend to us .. the people at the table beside us came after us and they ordered both appetizers AND main courses while we still are sitting with nothing.We ended up leaving as no one showed up then at the exit the supervisor/manager showed up and told us that our dish is actually ready in the kitchen and we asked him to cancel and that we are leaving due to the long neglect from the staff .. no apology from the staff nothing at all.
The restaurant is absolutely fantastic, from its design and privacy to its lighting and the delicious food. The kale salad was especially tasty, and my favorite was the mini rolls—three pieces, but they were absolutely divine. I won't be ordering the cheese chips again, even though they were good, and I think lasagna lovers will enjoy the lasagna. Next time, I'll definitely try other dishes. The bill and photos of the dishes are attached.
The Assima Mall has a hidden gem with this spot. The dark, moody ambiance creates an incredibly cozy atmosphere that feels worlds away from the shopping center. The food was truly amazing and lived up to the hype. While it’s a bit of a unique, "one-time" kind of experience, it’s absolutely worth the visit for the aesthetic and the flavors.
